Today was fun. I was woken up much earlier than I wanted to be, and originally fell back to sleep...but the 2nd time, that was it, I was awake. I spent some time on my computer, then took my time getting ready. Once I was done, I came downstairs to get breakfast and speak to Heloise, the boys, their friends and their mom. Josh was in a mood, thinking I wouldn't take his friends mini putting with us...although I had told him the other day he could invite them, so I got that sorted right away, and went up to finish getting ready.
Around 11:30, the 6 of us - Josh, Teddy, Archie, Nathaniel, Zach and I, headed out to Colchester. When we arrived, we walked straight to the castle and paid for mini/crazy golf. We got started, and were having fun, until Nathaniel threw yet another wobbly. I think I handled it quite well. I made him sit out for a hole. I then spoke to him privately, and told him if he treats me the way he did today and Friday, there would be major consequences, and I would start canceling things he goes to. He wasn't happy with that, but that's the last thing I'm worried about.
We had a good time putting, I don't know how but am glad that I won. If I hadn't, I never would have heard the end of it. When we finished up, we walked through the castle grounds. I attempted to take a picture of the 3 boys in the garden, but Nathaniel threw another tantrum, so I told them to forget about it. I was wishing I could have told him he wasn't going to be treated to lunch like the others, but that wasn't really an option. We walked to Starbucks so that I could get my London Fog, and then to pick up a pair of shoes Heloise had asked me to get for the boys' cousin. After that, we went to McDonald's. I ordered them all food, and we went upstairs. They ate, and I drank my tea. When we finished there, we had one more thing to check for Heloise, then we paid for parking, and went on our way.
I stopped at the gas station on the way home, and then dropped Teddy and Archie off at their place. Josh was sitting in the front which was really nice. We could talk without the others interrupting. When I got back, I said hi to Heloise, made the boys and I a hot chocolate, and then went up to my room. I was about to watch Grey's Anatomy when Toni text me saying she was still up for the movies. The two of us met at Freeport, and went to Starbucks.
When we first walked in, he wasn't there. A different guy came out to take our order, but then said it wasn't his till, and someone would be with us shortly. That's when he walked out, and I couldn't get the smile off my face. He joked about the movie I was going to see, and we had a nice...short...but nice conversation. I got my drink, and Toni and I walked to the theatre.
We went in, bought our tickets and popcorn, and waited for the right theatre to be cleaned out. After a bit, we got our seats, and sat through what was unfortunately a movie her and I did not really enjoy. It was "Dear John", and it was slow, depressing, and not at all what I was expecting. Anyway, after the movie I drove back to the house. When I arrived, it was my plan to come in, make tea, go up, do my blog and get an early night. I, however, began speaking to Heloise, then she asked if Glee was on, and I got roped into watching it with her. It's now 11:15, and I'm still sitting downstairs. I better go up now, get in the shower, and shut my eyes, or tomorrow's going to be rough. Good Night xx
