Day 204

Another great day! I got up early and washed my hair, braided it, grabbed a couple handfuls of raisins, and went downstairs. I said goodbye to the boys and Tim, and left...despite Tim sort of wanting the car. That was something that drove me nuts, but I got over it.

I drove to Braintree and met up with Toni. We entered the theatre, fully aware that we were going to see "Kick Ass", but clearly unaware of what the movie actually was. When the two of us came out, we were a little bit speechless. We liked it, don't get me wrong, it just wasn't what we expected. The only way to really describe it, honestly, is to say it was Kick Ass! We were expecting a cheesy, funny super hero movie...but it was so much more than that. Very gory, and definitely made you cringe more than once, but very well done. We said bye in the parking lot, as she had some things she had to do before heading to Tina's for dinner, and I was going to Starbucks. I walked over, and when I opened the door, I couldn't believe how long the line was. I debated standing in it. Wondering if people would think I was crazy for standing in a line so long, just for a good cup of tea. I even text Toni about it. Then, he came out of the back. He walked past, said hi and asked how I was, and that was it. My mind was made up. I'd stand in a 20 minute line up just to get a smile from him. Sigh. The line ended up moving pretty quickly, and he was soooo busy, I unfortunately didn't get to say bye, but picked up my drink, and left. The whole way back to the car, I was definitely smiling on the inside.

I got in, turned my music on, and drove back to the house. When I arrived, Nathaniel was watching TV. I sat down with him, and Josh came in to see if he'd want to play football. I said I would, and so Nathaniel decided he'd come out too. We played for a while, and Zach joined in, wanting to be on my team. After a bit, Josh said I was suspended, I wanted a bit of a rest anyway, so I picked Zach up and went to sit on a swing. Josh wanted to know why I wasn't playing anymore, and insisted that a suspension meant for next game, not the current one. We swung for a little bit, and then I asked the 3 of them if they'd want to go for a walk. They wanted to know why. - Aside from being windy and cold, it was a lovely day - I said we should go on an adventure, and Nathaniel had a great idea of going to some park he knew of. They all agreed, we grabbed snacks (Mini Eggs), and drinks, and went on our way. We stopped to see if their friends Archie and Teddy were home, but they weren't. When we arrived at the park, I took some pictures, we climbed on some tree stumps, and we played some more football. Some of their friends showed up, and Nathaniel and Zach went off to play with them for a bit while Josh and I kicked the ball around. When the boys left their friends, they all went home, and we played some more football. Eventually we left, and walked home. When we arrived, Josh wanted to play more Football. I wasn't really feeling up to it, so I was pretty grateful when Nathaniel said "I think we've played enough for today" haha. I came up to get my computer, and went down to the play room to check my e-mails. Nathaniel was playing Wii and asked if I'd want to as well. I said yes, and we played Mario Brothers for a good couple of hours I would say. Josh joined in momentarily, but left the room just as quick. We had a lot of fun, and eventually switched the game to Spongebob. I was playing as Plankton who goes around helping you by shooting things...the only thing is, he can't shoot very much. It was boring. I was speaking to Tara on Skype at the same time, and then told Josh he could try being Plankton. He thought it was just as boring.

Soon enough, we were called for dinner. Before saying good bye to Tara, she spoke to Zach quickly, and then I shut it all down. After dinner, I made myself and the boys some hot chocolate, and as they went up for a bath (hyper as anything), I came upstairs more than ready to sleep. I'm speaking to my Mom on Skype, and just had a conversation with the Starbucks guy. I'm probably going to catch up on Grey's, and then I'll be asleep in no time. Good Night xx
