Day 153

Another good day! Although as I sit here watching the Opening Ceremonies to the Olympics, I'm getting a little emotional. Aww everyone's standing for Georgia. Wow. That certainly didn't help. That's all I'll say about the Olympics...for now.

I got to sleep in today! It was amazing! I of course woke up a few times. I think the first time, it was probably 8...and I felt like I had been asleep too long. That happened about 3 more times, but I was - luckily - able to fall back to sleep each time. It was when I woke up around 11 that I had a fight with myself. Yes I could have fallen back to sleep, but I decided I better not, rolled over and logged into my computer. I spent the next hour or so talking to some people, and when I heard the boys come home, I decided to turn my music up so that they'd know I was up. I didn't want to hear about how late I sleep in. Eventually I got in the shower, got dressed, and went down to get some fruit.

Zach came out to the kitchen and said "Oh, I thought you were upstairs". I said "Nope"...and he continued to have a conversation with me. "Is that your breakfast?" "Yes..." "Oh, that's late..." "Well, I wasn't hungry earlier...so I'm having it now". "Ok".
Haha he's so funny sometimes. I came into the family room and we talked about the movie he had on pause "Land Before Time" Number 9 I think. - They should have stopped at 3, but anyway - he asked if I was going back upstairs. I said in a bit...why do you want me to go now? And he was like no, I was just gonna tell you that. And then he cuddled with me, and when Nathaniel came down he pushed play and we watched together. Josh joined us. I finished my fruit, and the boys sat down to lunch. I went upstairs to do my makeup.

Josh knocked at my door and had a conversation with me while I did my eyeliner. Then he said bye, shut the door and went on his way. At 2 o'clock the two of us left the house. We had a conversation in the car and listened to Mika, and when we arrived in Braintree, we went into the cinema first. I had told Tim we were leaving so early so that we could go to Starbucks together and get our tickets early cuz I thought it would be busy. He told me I wouldn't need to. He said it wasn't busy at all last week. I ignored him, and I'm glad I did. While it wasn't busy when we got our tickets an hour and a half before...it certainly was when we got back. But more about that in a minute. I purchased the tickets, and we walked over to Starbucks. We sat down with our drinks and talked about a few different things. Most of it for some reason, was based on my love life. Josh wanted to know when I started dating, and how many people I've been in love with. HAHA. That's something a girl wants to talk about the day before Valentine's Day. Anyway, I gave him a couple of answers, but we didn't go into too much detail. He's got quite the memory anyway, so he already knew some of the answers to his questions. After that we went to a store to pick up an Anniversary card from me, for his parents. Then we headed back to a VERY packed theatre. We went to the washroom, as we knew we'd be in the theatre for close to 3 hours, and then came out to get our popcorn. Once that was done, we had to line up for the movie. Thanks to my planning we were near the front of the line that went past the doors, and twisted down past the other theatres. We got in and grabbed some good seats. It was a good thing I'd seen the movie before, or the very nice lady sitting beside me, that we had talked to in line...would have driven me up the wall as she went "oooh!" or "Ahh!" Everytime something happened. Anyway, we sat through 20 minutes of previews and adverts, and I looked over at one point to see my lid on my drink had come off...so I fixed it. Well, the screen telling you what you're about to watch came up, I picked up my drink, and it spilled in my lap. AWESOME! I used what napkins I had to dab it up, and soon realized it wasn't just the liquid, as my bum slowly got colder while the ice that had clearly slipped down melted. The lady beside me gave me some kleenex to soak up as much as I could. I was just grateful that I had about 3 hours to let it dry. It could have been much worse. I could have spilled it at the very end of the movie and walked out with wet jeans.

The movie was great, again. Josh enjoyed himself and thanked me a few times. We drove home and listened to some Michael Buble. When we got back, the other 2 boys were already in bed. Heloise was upstairs cuz she's sick, and I didn't see Tim before putting my stuff in my room. When I came back down, I tried putting on the Olympic ceremonies. Tim and I had a fight. It was all one sided as I kept each of my arguing thoughts to myself...but in my head...we fought. Josh had some pizza, and then went to bed. I got to speak to my dad for a bit on the phone which was nice. When everyone went upstairs I decided to have some supper. The popcorn was my lunch, so I was still pretty hungry. I could have made myself a pizza, but I thought a bowl of cereal would be less fattening. It probably was, but it also wasn't as tasty. Oh well. At least I had had a mocha earlier. Anyway, now the ceremonies are almost over...I'm speaking to my Mom, and should head to bed soon after. So Good Night xx

No matter what Tim thinks I thought the ceremonies were amazing and very well done. Except for the french part. I won't get into that on here.
You need to show Josh the Spirit bear and the whales. I think he would like that so would Nathaniel and Zack.
Hopefully you get time to show them.
