Day 76

I saw my Mom tonight!!!!!! Sure it was at the movie theatre, and yeah she was on screen, and I was seated...but I still saw her. It made me happy and I almost cried. I honestly had to hold the tears back. (I miss you Mom, and Dad of course). On this same note, so many good things have happened when it comes to the movie "2012"! Whether it be good times and memories on set, or having fun in the theatre with 10 family members, it's always a great outcome. Well, I went to see it for the 2nd time today with my friend Toni, and when I got home, I found out I have a new cousin! She was born tonight at 9 and is the first of 8 great grandchildren - to my Nan - to be a girl! I can't wait to meet her!!

Now that you know how my night ended, maybe I should tell you how the day began. After a very short 6 hour sleep I was woken up...as usual. Unfortunately this time though, I couldn't fall back to sleep. So I came online and spoke to my Mom, checked some e-mails and tended to my cafe and farm. About an hour later I decided it was time to get ready. I jumped in the shower, and then went down to have some cereal while the house was quiet and empty. As I finished, Nathaniel, Zach and Tim came in. I said hi, and came upstairs. I cleaned my room up and caught up on Desperate Housewives. Now all that's left to catch up on is The Office, and then it will be back to watching one episode a week. It will be nice to not be so overwhelmed with shows.

When I finished watching them, I went downstairs to sit with Zach and Nathaniel, and we watched Happy Feet. - We hadn't had the chance to get through it all yesterday. That ended and I came back up to watch some more TV and paint my nails. It was a pretty relaxing morning/afternoon, and believe me, I needed it. It was so nice.

Toni text me when she got in from work and we drove up to Braintree. She filled out the forms for an unlimited movie card (We will be going much more often now...I can't wait!!!), and then we went for a Starbucks - where we had a good chat, and were able to vent to each other.

Once we were done and some weight was lifted off our shoulders, we returned to the theatre to watch the movie. As you've already read the beginning of my blog, you know how the night ended. I really enjoyed the movie, but now I am exhausted and have to be up relatively early. Which reminds me, I need to charge my phone. I'm not feeling well, so I think I'm going to crash right away.
