Day 28

It seems white is the more popular colour for my font so I will stick with that from now on :p

Today was great. The boys woke me up early of course. I think today was a new record for the weekend. 7:30 I believe it was. I tried falling back to sleep, but even if it did happen, it certainly wasn't a deep sleep. I was fully awake by 8:30 for this reason. Decided to lounge in my room for the next hour. There were no knocks on my door, just a faint voice saying my name. - Josh's voice to be exact - Anyway, I got to speak to my mom online and I relaxed a bit so that I didn't start my day off hectic as usual. I got ready, cleaned up, and heard everyone but Heloise had gone to football training, so I went downstairs haha. I grabbed my breakfast, Heloise came down to say good morning, and I sat and waited for the boys to get home. Nathaniel and Zach came in with Tim shortly after, so while they had some popcorn, we sat and watched Spongebob. Then Josh came home with Uncle Clifford and it was time for me to leave.

I jumped in the car with him and Aunt Jill. The ride started with a conversation, but as I am living on 5 and 6 hours of sleep, the smooth car ride put me to sleep in no time. I'd say I slept an hour of the hour and 20 minute ride. It was nice. I woke up at the BP which is just around the corner from my Nan's. It was great to see familiar surroundings.

We pulled into Nan's driveway and there she was waiting at the door. A huge smile on her face. I was so happy to see her! She told me to come in...and then told me off for trying to take my shoes off. Hahahahahaha Oh Nan! Apparently when it's not wet out there's no reason to take your shoes off in her house. She didn't tell me off in a rude way, but for those of you who know Nan...you can imagine I'm sure. She was very happy to see me for the first 5 minutes...and then it went to "I want to see my boys" - as she pouted. (By boys she means the little ones). Tom and I later spoke of how we used to be the little ones and were loved haha. I was really lucky at one point...I was the youngest and from Canada! That's all gone out the window now though :p We sat down, and Nan rang Aunty Linda to tell her we were there. Her and Uncle John came over. It was nice to see them as well. I was happy. Aunty Linda contacted my cousin Tom, and we all went round to meet up with him and follow him to the pub.

Arrived at the pub with 3 cars for some reason...Sat down and had a nice meal, and a few conversations involving technology - ie Facebook and texting - in which I stayed out of. (I've learned quite a bit in the past, and staying out of certain conversations is for the best) :p

I ordered a prawn and tuna salad. Because we're in England, it also came with sweet corn (Frozen corn), and Beet Root - Among the usual ingredients. I left the beet root, and raw onions...and saved the corn til last. Honestly...who mixes corn in with their salad?? That's almost as bad as having corn on your pizza and ordering it with chips (fries) on the side ;)

As we were getting ready to leave their was a 10 minute discussion on plans for the afternoon. In the end everyone but Tom and I went back to Nans. The two of us hopped in Tom's convertible, and went to his place where I met his Fiance Melissa, and his Kitten Wolverine (who I plan on kitnapping in the very near future)...I almost put him in my purse today...but I said my plan aloud and Melissa made sure he was on the step before I left. I need to think that through next time.

Tom and I drove to the Hampton to look around the shops. - Basically just an excuse to hang out with my cuz - Then when he got bored of that, we went down to the lake to see a few of his friends from University. We hung out there for about 20 minutes, then went back to Nan's for tea, wine gums, cashews (Thanks Mom!!), and a hobnob flapjack. Mmmm. Had a few discussions about movies and TV Shows. I can't believe they all watch Gavin and Stacey!! Who knew! Then Tom left as he had plans to hang out with his uni buddies tonight, and we left shortly after to make it home in time for me to babysit. On my way out the door, Nan gave me a bag of candy :D Like I need that haha. But I do lovvvve toffee.

We got home, Josh, Zach and I played Wii Olympics (Josh cheats and it's probably the last time I'll play with him), and Uncle Clifford went to get fish and chips for myself, him and Aunt Jill. When he got back...the chaos began. The boys who had already eaten got jealous and bombarded my Aunt and Uncle for their meal. Luckily I had already smothered mine in malt vinegar so I was safe. - Note to self...make sure you do this every time, before the boys even notice what is on your plate -

Before I finished it was bed time. I left my chips on the table and went up to read to Nathaniel. Once that was finished, I tucked him into bed and said good night to each of them. Uncle Clifford and Aunt Jill read to the other two. They then left, and I was home in silence! Left to watch whatever I wanted, and to paint my nails! So I finished catching up on The Big Bang Theory, then watched the newest Family Guy, and the season premiere of The Office. I'll work on catching up on all of those episodes this week. Anyway, I have to be up in about 6 and a half hours (Why do I do this to myself?) so I should go. I am looking forward to tomorrow though. Ice skating and Starbucks!!!! - Apparently I've now gotten Toni addicted...it seems as though my work here is done :p - I think Starbucks should start paying me. I'm like a walking promotion. But yeah, I'm starting to get a headache, so Good Night. xx

I think you need to get yourself one of those little Wolverine's for yourself to cuddle in your room.
Maybe your headaches are from Starbucks!!! ha!
